Terms of Sale

You must be signed in to a Kings Asian Market account to place an online order. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all orders placed using your account.

All online orders are for in-store pickup. We do not currently offer delivery or shipping. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number when you pick up your order.

Orders not picked up within 3 days of being marked ready may be cancelled and refunded, less the value of any perishable items that could not be returned to stock.

Not every product sold in our store can be ordered online. Alcohol, items sold by weight, and items carrying a container deposit are currently available in store only. We may make any product unavailable online at any time.

Product images and descriptions are for reference. Packaging may differ from what is shown.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are charged at the time you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Kings Asian Market does not store your full card details.

We make every effort to display accurate prices. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel that item or your order and refund you in full.

EBT/SNAP benefits cannot be used for online orders but are accepted in store.

Online inventory is updated regularly but is not live. If an item you ordered is out of stock when we prepare your order, we will contact you and refund that item. We do not substitute products without your approval.

Your order is accepted once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

To cancel an order you have placed, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been prepared may not be eligible for cancellation; see our Refund Policy.

Prices shown online are the amounts charged. Any applicable taxes are handled by Kings Asian Market in accordance with local law.

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
